We are seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to join the Harrison Spinks events team, to support the Events Manager and General Manager with all event sales and operational processes at Hornington Manor.
Harrison Spinks Events is a unique event business based in North Yorkshire, with its own charming venues including Hornington Manor, Carlton Manor and The Motorist.
Hornington Manor is a unique barn, wedding venue set within the grounds of a working farm in Bolton Percy, near Tadcaster.
Reporting into the General Manager, the Sales & Events Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with all wedding enquiries and supporting customers through the booking process, whilst crating excellent customer service from concept to completion.
Full time position, working 5 days over 7. Weekend working will be required.

As a driven and results focused customer service professional, you will have superb attention to detail and have experience of working within a similar Events Coordinator position.
With a keen eye for detail, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally whilst having a creative flair to maximize new sales & marketing opportunities.
As a key team player, you will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis for requests.
