To coincide with the coming autumn and winter months we’re expecting to see some very earthy and natural colours enter the home, including the bedroom. Labelled as themes of ‘Forest and Scandinavian Dark Greens’ gives a nod toward the current trend of botanics within the home.
Dark green furniture, cushions and decorative items add depth to a room and bring the outdoors in.
Dark shades of green will become the new must-have dark interior colour as we say goodbye to navy and midnight blues. Dark green will be used as a paint colour for bedrooms to create a winter Scandinavian backdrop for tan leathers, brass lamps, natural linen and dark woods.
Somnus’ Seven Moss fabric, shown here on the Ambassador divan set with Roma headboard, adds depth to the room and compliments the colour scheme in the room.
If this doesn’t sound like the trend or colour scheme for you there’s no reason to worry, all stylish Somnus headboards come in a range of colours and widths to suit your individual décor and bed size. You can also choose from a deep continental style or strut option.
