We are seeking a Transport Administrator to work alongside the Transport Team to provide day to day support for the Transport Operation and ensuring that we provide our internal and external customers with a first-class service.
Harrison Spinks is a fifth-generation family bedmaker, handcrafting premium luxury mattresses since 1840 and is one of Great Britain most established, innovative and sustainable bed manufacturers.
All our mattresses are 100% foam, glue, and FR chemical treatment free and fully recyclable – better for a healthy sleep and kinder to the planet.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Reporting into the Transport & Warehouse Manager the Transport Administrator will support with booking deliveries through both telephone and email and arrange export deliveries into EU & USA whilst liaising with freight companies.

Skills & Experience:
As a Transport Administrator, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally whilst possessing knowledge and experience within export of goods – Preferably into EU and USA.
With the ability to work well under pressure, you will be able to multi-task and work to deadlines whilst prioritising workload to deliver expectations and tasks.
As a key team player, you will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis for requests.
