We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team here at The Blue Train Café, the right candidate must be capable of maintaining a high standard of hygiene, preparation & service, to be able to work well under pressure alongside our FOH team & management.
You shall be responsible for the daily tasks & operation of the kitchen and providing a consistent delivery of our menu items, our menu consists of various lunch items.
- Consistent delivery of the menu
- Capable of producing high quality & high volume dishes
- Orchestrate daily kitchen Inventory
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness
- Establish & complete daily tasks i.e. preparation & ordering
