Sales Support Administrator

Harrison Spinks have a vacancy for a Sales Support Administrator to join our business.

Main Duties:

  • Processing all new orders within the same day of receipt with speed and accuracy
  • Managing customer/product/costing details within Microsoft AX
  • Ensure all invoices are created/posted in a timely manner
  • Liaising with internal departments/external courier networks to ensure prompt collection and delivery of customer orders
  • Ability to liaise with customers, sales team (including agents) and colleagues in a professional manner both written, verbally and face to face.
  • Creating customer quotations
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Creating/updating sales reports in Excel
  • Any ad-hoc duties as directed by management
