Duties Include:

• Ensure high standards across the kitchens and have high standards at all times in cleanliness.
• Make sure your Pot Wash area is clean and the floor swept and mopped after every shift and the Safe Food Better Business system adopted by The Motorist.
• Make sure you follow Health and Safety and COSHH regulations when using dangerous chemicals for cleaning and encourage others to do the same.
• Helping the Head Chef to ensure all kitchens have everything required to get and maintain a 5 Star EHO Status
• As required work across all sites owned by us, implementing best practices with our extended kitchen teams
