IT Support Analyst

Harrison Spinks currently have a vacancy for a IT Support Analyst to join the IT department.

Main Duties:

  • End user & production line technical support.
  • Azure AD / Cloud Features
  • First point of contact for Support Calls
  • Backup Management (on-site, cloud)
  • Build and Configurations of desktop hardware (PC, laptops, surface)
  • Asset Management
  • Out of House On-Call Cover
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Wireless network configuration
  • Printer Maintenance and Support.
  • Monitoring critical systems & reporting faults with the relevant support companies.
  • Active Directory user & group administration
  • AV/Malware monitoring and support.
  • Telephony Support

Key Skills:


  • MTA
  • MCSE
  • HP/Cisco Switch/WI-FI experience
  • HP Server
  • Datalogic Scanners
  • Hyper-V 2012 R2

  • Active Directory Experience.
