IT Apprentice

Harrison Spinks currently have a vacancy for a IT Apprentice to join the IT department.

Main Duties:

  • Providing 1st Line Support to all IT users
  • Creating, assigning, and solving tickets via our ticketing system
  • Supporting with issues via the call handling process
  • Helping resolve issues that arise such as password resets, amending user permissions
  • General maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Build and Configurations of Devices
  • Asset Management
  • Printer Maintenance and Support.
  • Monitoring critical systems & reporting faults with the relevant support companies.
  • Creating new users
  • Out of Hours Support
To meet all learning commitments of the apprenticeship as directed by your line manager and training provider. Assigned qualifications and an end point assessment must be completed.

Course:

Infrastructure technician (level 3), duration 12 months, training to be carried out onsite.
Infrastructure technician / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
