Inhouse Recruitment Partner

Harrison Spinks have a vacancy for an Inhouse Recruitment Partner to join our business.

Main Duties:

  • Sourcing candidates; defining method – keeping recruitment costs to a minimum
  • Using social media channels to promote the employer brand and current opportunities including advertisement placement
  • Candidate consent and engagement
  • Data mgt/GDPR
  • Best Practice workflows
  • Completing detailed pre-screening / telephone/video interviewing
  • Carrying out competency based interviews
  • Organising psychometric and personality testing when required
  • Seeking and taking references
  • Invitation to storyboard sessions via Eploy
  • Planning and delivering the storyboard
  • Fielding questions and feedback
  • Interview prep
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Feedback and feedback mgt (into Eploy)
  • Updating all trackers and MI
  • Feedback to unsuccessful candidates maintaining the Harrison Spinks brand and reputation
  • Review HS talent page on website, suggest improvements as necessary
  • Working with hiring managers across the business – taking time to understand the role and their needs.
  • Workng with HR & hiring managers to craft creative job descriptions and person specifications for both internal & external vacancies
  • Designing and running assessment centres
  • Attending and managing job/careers fairs
  • Offer management including contracts of employment and welcome packs.
  • Liaising with HR team for follow up actions, i.e. probationary period reviews
  • Management of recruitment agencies
  • Provide MI data of temp employees
  • Reviewing vacancy and turnover rates against targets
  • Ensuring positive diversity and inclusion actions
  • Ensuring sustainability is a key theme throughout our recruitment practices
